  During Mississippi River floods, buildings just northeast of the Warford Street Interstate 40 interchange are being flooded. Backwater has reached Interstate 40 east of the Interstate 40 and Interstate 240 interchange.

  During Mississippi River floods, fields begin to flood east of North Highland Street and north of the Wolf River.

  Backwater has reached the Raleigh Gage mounted on the Old Austin Peay Highway Bridge. Lakes, sloughs and branches near the Wolf River are filling from Warford Street upstream past Interstaate 40.
