Water is reaching the bottom of the Ooltewah Ringgold Road bridge structure. Water begins to threaten some ground floor apartment dwellings nearby.
Water begins to enter the parking lot of the creekside apartments off of Ooltewah Ringgold Road near the Greenway. Low spots along Spalding Road begin to take water about a mile upstream.
Low spot of the driveway to Wolftever Creek Elementary School may be covered by at least six inches of water.
