Drainage from above loop 410 and Brooks City Base cuts streets and areas below Loop 410 in the San Antonio River flood plain off. Several homes have a few feet of water in them.
Three residences below Loop 410 on the left bank flood. Roads into the area are flooded and dangerous.
Major flooding reaches slabs of residences on the left bank below Southeast Loop 410. Roads and streets near the San Antonio River are severely flooded and very dangerous.
Moderate lowland flooding of lowest roads and bridges in the flood plain make auto traffic very dangerous. Lowest homes below Loop 410 in the left flood plain are threatened.
Moderate lowland flooding of roads and streets below Brooks City Base and in the flood plain near Loop 410 makes auto travel in the flood plain very dangerous.
Minor lowland flooding extends into low areas of the flood plain with no significant impact.
