minor flooding will occur near 100N 250E in American Fork. Flooding will occur at the Utah County Boat Harbor Road near Utah Lake and affect the sewer lift station. The area near 400 N. 400 E. may experience flooding if the river is filled with debris as double barrel culvert frequently becomes jammed overtopping the road.
