Major flooding is forecast for Murray Park and structures adjacent to the park. Ponding is anticipated to impact State St. near the park and traffic will be affected in the northbound lanes. Any structure adjacent to Little Cottonwood Creek is in danger of structural damage due to the high flows. Damage at the early stages of the flood will take the shape of extensive bank erosion leading to structural damage. Areas near the Willows condos, Wheeler Farm, and all structures lining the banks are at risk.
