There will be devastating flooding from Waterbury downstream through Richmond. In Waterbury, many homes and businesses will flood with access to town severaly restricted and numerous evacuations necessary. Those include areas on Main St., Elm St., Parker Ct., Foundry St., Union St., O'Hear Ct., Healy Ct., and Randall Street. The Fire Station will flood and the State Office Complex will be isolated by flood waters. In Richmond, Bridge St. and areas on Esplanade St. and Cochran Rd. will see severe flooding.
