Bridge over Saint Andrews Street is overtopped.
Five residential structures and one commercial structure on the west side of McKeever Street, just downstream from the gage, have water surrounding them with probable water inside the structures. East Wythe Street is also impassable with water encroaching surrounding commerical structures.
Water starts to inundate Saint Andrews Street on the southeast corner of the bridge/roadway (upstream side). The intersection of Saint Andrews Street and McKeever Street may be impassable for motorists.
Water is encroaching on adjacent properties on McKeever Street just downstream of the gage.
Graham Street and East Wythe Street begin to flood.
