  Dozens of homes in the Audubon Estates community are likely surrounded by water and flooding of homes is likely at this level. The Pelican Place bridge may start to flood, restricting access to sections of the community.The rear parking lot and loading dock area of Mount Vernon Plaza Shopping Center may be flooded at this level, along wtih portions of Laramie Place in Sequoyah.The Richmond Highway (US Route 1) brige is likely impassable near Pace Lane.

  Multiple homes in the Audubon Estates community are likely surrounded by water, with some homes potentially experiencing flooding. Water covers portions of Audubon Avenue, Pipit Drive, Blue Jay Court, Dove Drive, Finch Court, Thrush Court, Bobwhite Court, and the Grackle Court cul-de-sac. Downstream at Harmony Place, swift water is likely covering Anker Street at Great Lakes Street, affecting multiple homes. Richmond Highway (US Route 1) bridge may start to experience flooding at this level.
