All roads along the river, as well as tributaries flowing into the river, are flooded and impassible in several areas. At levels nearing 20 feet, several homes, businesses, camps, and campgrounds begin to flood or are flooded near the river.
Between 12 and 15 feet, several sections of Williams River Road and Forest Service Roads along the river are flooded and impassible. Several campgrounds and camps are flooded along the river. In addition, several low water bridges are impassible.
Forest Service Road 101 Bridge begins to flood. Several low spots are flooded on Williams River Road along the river.
