  In Tennessee, Highway 22 is flooded near the Tennessee border cutting off evacuation of people in the Bessie area. Highway 22 and homesteads near and just north of the intersection of Highway 22 and Cates Landing-New Markham road are flooding. Floodwater has reached to just west of Cates Landing. House toward the north end of Pea Ridge Road is cut off. Terminal elevator southwest of Tiptonville is beginning to flood.

  In Tennessee, Pea Ridge Road is flooding. Lane to homestead northwest of Pea Ridge Road just by the river is flooding. Water begins to go over the Tennemo Levee.
