  Widespread and significant flooding throughout Avon, with homes and businesses flooded. Most roads will be impassable with inundation, including NC-12 and most secondary roads.

  Numerous homes and businesses will see flooding throughout Avon. Portions of NC-12 and secondary roads will be inundated with water and may be impassable.

• 3 ft

  Minor flooding in Avon, flooding docks and yards adjacent to the Pamlico Sound and other tidal creeks. Flooding along portions of McMullen Road and Harbor Road.

• 2 ft

  Very low lying areas in Avon adjacent to the Pamlico Sound and other tidal creeks will begin to see minor flooding.
