Widespread and significant flooding throughout Western Hyde County, including Swanquarter and Scranton, with homes and businesses flooded. Most roadways will be impassable with inundation, including portions of Highway 264 and most secondary roads.Minor flooding nera the Swanquarter Ferry Terminal.
Numerous residences and businesses will see flooding throughout Western Hyde County, including Swanquarter. Portions of Highway 264, NC-45, Creekside Road, and secondary roads in Swanquarter will be inundated with water and may be impassable. Minor flooding in Scranton impacting some homes and businesses. Flooding along portions of Highway 264.
Minor flooding in the towns of Swanquarter and Germantown, flooding docks and yards adjacent to the Pamlico Sound, Pungo River, Rose Bay and tributaries. In Swanquarter, flooding along Landing Road, Oyster Creek Street, and Credle Road.Flooding near Germantown Bayside Marina and Germantown Road.
Very low lying areas in Western Hyde County (including Swanquarter) adjacent to the Pamlico Sound, Pungo River, Rose Bay, and other tributaries will see minor flooding.
