Sound-side flooding will cause portions of Hwy 12 to become impassable with 1 to 2 feet of water from Hatteras Village to Avon. Low lying homes and businesses along Hwy 12 and Kohler Rd in Hatteras Village will begin to see 1 to 3 feet of inundation. Homes and businesses in the Brigands Bay area in Frisco will begin to experience significant flooding.

Low-lying areas at the USCG Hatteras and Hatteras Ferry Terminal will flood. Homes adjacent to the Pamlico Sound from Hatteras Village to Avon will be inundated with up to 1 foot of water. Hwy 12 in Hatteras Village could experience up to 1 foot of water.
