What Floods at Each Level

Widespread flooding behind the levee occurs, with hundreds of homes and businesses affected. Flooding also occurs east of the river east of Stonyridge Avenue. Widespread flooding of homes and businesses with water several feet deep occurs.

The Troy levee is overtopped from near Main Street to along South Market Street within Troy itself. Significant flooding of homes and businesses both south and north of Troy along Route 25A worsens, with many structures flooded, from near Eldean to near the county fairgrounds, and then along 25A south of South Market Street. On the east bank of the river, extensive flooding between route 202 and the river occurs.

While the levee protected areas of Troy are protected to approximately 17.5 feet, significant flooding of homes and businesses both south and north of Troy along Route 25A occurs from Eldean to near the Fairgrounds, and also along 25A south of South Market Street.
