Major and significant flooding occurs. This is the level in which flood control levees and protection efforts are exceeded. The most significant impact is along the Rip Rap Road corridor where areas not protected by flooding experience several feet of water. Flood protected areas of Huber Heights between Rip Rap Road and the river are now inundated.

This is the height of the emergency spillway at Huffman. While the dam would still be storing water at this point, heights above this level would substantially worsen flooding downstream of Taylorsville in unprotected areas.
